LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN HEALTH AND SAFETY
Please abide by the following health and safety guidelines
We will continue to work with an “Appointment Only” system. Please ensure you are on time for your consultation and allow extra time for your visit as appointments now do take longer due to Social distancing.
It would help us if you called us in advance for your pets food, parasite medication or repeat prescriptions.
As per government regulations you must please wear a mask when visiting our surgery. Please do not remove your mask at any time whilst on our premises.
Please make use of our hand sanitisers at our front door.
For all scheduled procedures you will need to complete a consent form. There are provisions made for you to complete the form outside our front door. We have a supply of sanitised pens.
For all consultations, vaccinations and scheduled procedures your pet will be collected by one of our staff. We ask that all pet parents remain in their cars until our vet or vet nurse is able to speak to you, either directly or over the phone.
Payment transactions for vaccinations, scheduled procedures and medication/food sales will be conducted at our front door, please DO NOT enter our reception area.

LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN PROTECTING OUR TEAM
We are still at this stage not allowing pet owners into the practice. Due to increased case loads and increased traffic to our practice our dedicated staff are now at higher risk of exposure to the Corona virus. Should one of out team members contract the virus this will have disastrous consequences for our business and we will have to close the practice for quarantine.
We are a small practice and are currently running with a much smaller than normal team of staff. It is difficult and time consuming consulting from a distance and we ask for your continued patience whilst we are in Lockdown. Please adhere to our guidelines not only to keep yourselves healthy but also to protect our team of vets, nurses, assistants and reception staff from being exposed to the COVID-19 virus.
